Now that finals week is almost over, you have a whole month to catch up on missed sleep, dirty laundry and maybe even apply for a PR Award!
That’s right this week PRSSA announced that applications are now open for the 2012 Edelman and PRSSA Award. All PRSSA members Can apply! So take this opportunity to shine!
The winner will recieve a $1,500 cash award and a paid internship at one of Edelman’s U.S. offices. The runner-up receives a $500 cash award and the opportunity to interview with Edelman for a paid internship position.
Applicants will be judged on PR-related achievements, activities and recommendations from faculty members and/or industry professionals. Students also will be evaluated on creativity, attention to detail and writing skills.
Deadline to apply is February 3, 2012, so get started now before you get busy with internships and school next year.
